VRS-CARBIDE D is a combination coating of thermally sprayed tungsten carbide and fluoro polymer surface treatment. Dyrel fluoropolymer offers cleanliness andchemical stability similar to sintered PTFE/FEP materials paired with superior doctorability and corrosion resistance. Dyrel fluoropolymer also maintains it’s hardness better at elevated temperatures compared to traditional PTFE/FEP materials

Advantages

  • Excellent cleanability and chemical stability
  • Good doctorability and corrosion resistance
  • Maintains high hardness at elevated temperatures
  • Suited for on-site applications
