VRS-CERAM L thermally sprayed ceramic lead roll is a coating replacing traditional electrolytic chrome coatings. It can be made locally ensuring fast turnaround times. Coating is hydrophilic resisting dirt pickup and very hard allowing mechanical cleaning in order to remove possible coating residue and other impurities.

VRS-DRIVE R is a PTFE containing premium rubber cover for wire section drive rolls with sufficient wrap angle. Very good release properties promote easy cleanability. VRS DRIVE R has superior chemical and temperature resistance compared to traditional drive roll covers.

VRS-DRIVE roll cover is a reliable and traditional choice for wire drive and wire section forming rolls. Advanced rubber material and structure guarantee good friction and wear resistance properties and allow maximal cover thickness utilization. VRS-DRIVE B is used for blind drilled wire drive rolls and for pulp machine press rolls.
