VRS-CERAM L thermally sprayed ceramic lead roll is a coating replacing traditional electrolytic chrome coatings. It can be made locally ensuring fast turnaround times. Coating is hydrophilic resisting dirt pickup and very hard allowing mechanical cleaning in order to remove possible coating residue and other impurities.

VRS-CARBIDE D is a combination coating of thermally sprayed tungsten carbide and fluoro polymer surface treatment. Dyrel fluoropolymer offers cleanliness andchemical stability similar to sintered PTFE/FEP materials paired with superior doctorability and corrosion resistance. Dyrel fluoropolymer also maintains it’s hardness better at elevated temperatures compared to traditional PTFE/FEP materials.
