VRS-CERAM L thermally sprayed ceramic lead roll is a coating replacing traditional electrolytic chrome coatings. It can be made locally ensuring fast turnaround times. Coating is hydrophilic resisting dirt pickup and very hard allowing mechanical cleaning in order to remove possible coating residue and other impurities.

GREENROK is a special PTFE filled rubber cover developed for center and hard press roll positions equipped with steam box and doctorblade. The material has excellent wear and release properties and can be doctored with carbon doctorblade. GREENROK cover is also very good choice for hard roll of an offset press and as shoe press mating rolls.
